School classes benefit from a reduced group rate: from €3.50 per student (minimum 10 students). A maximum of two accompanying adults are free of charge, additional adults are €6.30. You can find the exact prices in our online shop. We recommend booking online.

Are last-minute bookings possible?

Yes, depending on availability, last-minute bookings can also be made.

How long does a visit take?

Allow a total of 45 to 60 minutes: 10 to 15 minutes each for ascent and descent, and 20 minutes on the viewing platform. 

Is the platform open in bad weather?

Yes, our 360° viewing platform can be used regardless of the weather. We only have to close for safety reasons in extreme weather conditions (storms, thunderstorms). In this case, we offer a free rebooking.

How do we get to the Französischer Dom by public transport?

The Französischer Dom on Gendarmenmarkt is easily accessible:

  • Subway: U2, U6 (Stadtmitte) – 3 minutes' walk
  • Subway: U2 (Hausvogteiplatz) – 4 minutes' walk
  • Bus: 147, 265, 300 (Gendarmenmarkt) – directly at the Französischer Dom
  • S-Bahn: S1, S2, S25, S26 (Brandenburger Tor or Friedrichstraße) – 10 minutes' walk

Students who are afraid of heights can remain in the ticket area on the ground floor. An accompanying person should stay with affected students.
