Huguenot Museum at Französischer Dom

20,000 French religious refugees found shelter in Berlin and the Mark Brandenburg after the Great Elector Friedrich Wilhelm of Brandenburg issued the Edict of Potsdam in 1685. Their story is told in the Huguenot Museum Berlin.
After a four-year renovation period, the Huguenot Museum is open again.

Französische Friedrichstadtkirche

Actually, there are two buildings that are usually combined under the term French Cathedral: the older Französischer Friedrichstadtkirche and the younger tower building, the actual Französischer Dom. The Französische Friedrichstadtkirche is the church of the Berlin Huguenot congregation, the "Französische Kirche zu Berlin". The congregation regularly invites visitors to church services, devotions and church concerts.
